Dr. Tobi Jacobi, Associate Professor of English, Colorado State University (Fort Collins, CO). Professor Jacobi is a specialist in community literacy studies whose current research focuses on the activist practices of incarcerated women writers.
Dr. Amy Lerman, Associate Professor of Public Policy, UC Berkeley. Professor Lerman conducts research on economic and racial inequality and how the rise of the carceral state impacts citizens’ political participation and beliefs.
Ms. Leah Jacobs, Doctoral Candidate in Social Welfare, University of California Berkeley. Ms. Jacobs studies criminal justice and mental health policies and interventions. She is also an Instructor with the Prison University Project
