The attitude is relaxed and the food is a mix of Louisiana favorites and L.A. taco truck.  Their website claims that Lucy’s has become a refuge for “misplaced surfers, gremmies, and ho-dads”.  They’ll have to add “librarians” to that list after we get done with them!
